Eva Har-Even is the founder and President of Wise Leaders. An Executive and Career Coach, Eva helps clients transform their lives into success stories of personal and professional accomplishment and fulfillment. She approaches each client with deep respect and empathy providing a dynamic and confidential environment to foster positive change in themselves and their organizations. Through her insightful and strategic coaching, clients expand their awareness and experience reframed thinking. Experience
For the past 15 years, Eva Har-Even has designed and delivered programs in Leadership Development, Executive coaching and Career coaching to Fortune 500 Companies and smaller rapidly growing enterprises. Her clients represent a broad range of functions, levels and industries. From Pharmaceutical to Financial Services, Media, consumer products, insurance, telecommunications, Advertising, Law firms, consulting firms, and not-for-profits. She has helped mid-level to top executives alike define and then achieve their professional and personal goals.
Eva Har-Even founded Wise Leaders in 2002. She works independently and in affiliation with various Leadership and Talent Management organizations such as Right Management Consultants and the Technion Institute of Management's (TIM) Global Leadership Program, among others.
As a Senior Vice President and Senior Consultant at Manchester, Inc., a Human Capital Management firm, Eva designed, managed and delivered innovative global leadership and career development programs and coached senior executives from a wide diversity of industries.
Eva has been quoted in various media and newspapers such as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, SHRM magazine etc. Eva is an active member of the International Coaching Federation, NY Association for Psychological Type, National Association for Female Executives and the Association of Career Professional International, NY Chapter.

Education
Eva has a Masters degree from NYU in Counseling Psychology and Career Counseling. She has a Bachelor's degree in Art History from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She speaks English and Hebrew with a working knowledge of French and Hungarian. Eva has in-depth familiarity with numerous world cultures through her life and travels. She has also written on topics covering diversity and the advancement of women in the workplace.
